The owner has constructed in a prime location three apartments, which are high-grade, modern, traditional and lovely equipped. Comfort, cosiness and design had the highest priority. We offer three apartments for 2, 3 and 4 persons. The Top 1 is a one-room apartment, located on the ground floor of house Malu and offers 32 m² living space split into a living- and sleeping room, one bathroom and an anteroom. The Top 2 located on the first floor offers on 55 m² living space a spacious, bright living room with balcony, one separate bedroom and one bathroom. Of course you can also book both apartments together for 5 persons; you will find enough space to spend time together in Top 2. In summer there is a lovely common garden for apartment Malu 1 and 2.
The third apartment is Malu Dependence which is located in the neighbour house. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and offers on 62 m² place for up to 2-4 persons. It is split into a spacious eat-in kitchen with connected garden, into one separated bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment house MaLu is only 3 minutes far from the Planai West Valley Station as well in walking distance to the city centre of Schladming with many shops, restaurants and bars (about 7 minutes). Concerning the immediate near to the slopes and the centre a car free holiday is possible. Perfect holiday home for families, couples as well for a group of friends - check it out!

Take the exit Schladming middle in direction center. Follow the “Ramsauerstraße” until the 1st roundabout. There you take the 2nd exit, straight to the 2nd roundabout and there you take the 1st exit into the “Salzburgerstraße”. After 300 meter you can see on the left side the apartment house MaLu and in the neighbour house apartment MaLu Dependence.

The one-room apartment "MaLu Top 1" is located on the ground floor and offers on 32m² living space place for up to 2 persons. The flat comes with a small but comfortable living room with double bed, one sofa chair, a small dinette as well a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, fume hood, coffee machine, toaster). Furthermore the flat offers a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. A small anteroom is also available. In this flat pets are not permitted. Free Wifi and a Flatscreen with cable TV are available. One parking lot you can find directly in front of the house. There is a "Tchibo" coffee machine in the apartment with some coffee tabs.

The apartment comes with a spacious, bright and high living area which offers a kitchen, a dinette as well a sofa. The sofa is also useable as a spacious sofa-bed for one person. If offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a sofa with Flatscreen, which is also useable as a sofa-bed for 2 persons. From the spacious living area you can reach the big terrace in west direction, from which you will have a fantastic view to the Planai-Hochwurzen. Further the apartment offers one separate bedroom equipped with a double bed and a single sofa-bed (children). From the bedroom you will reach the en-suite bathroom which is equipped with shower, basin and a toilet. One separate toilet is additional available.
