Quarantine is initially not a sick leave and is therefore not covered by travel cancellation insurance. The doctor must confirm to the vacationer that he is not fit to travel. Only then does travel cancellation insurance take effect.
Booking & Cancellation
You can book online at www.schladming-appartements.at, by telephone or e-mail in our booking center in Schladming for the BEST PRICE. On the road you can book from your Smartphone or tablet. Of course we can also be booked online on all major booking and rating platforms and have many international travel agency partners.
The booking can be transferred with pleasure. In this regard, please contact us by email or phone. We will process your request as soon as possible.
On www.schladming-appartements.at you can quickly and easily filter according to the desired location, equipment criteria, catering and accommodation type for the desired number of people and apartments. In addition, our Live-Chat and staff are available for personal consultation from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
You can search and book online at www.schladming-appartements.at for several apartments in one or more houses. However, we recommend that you contact our booking center directly by group request form, by e-mail or by telephone to fulfill all the wishes perfectly for your group. If you book at least 3 holiday homes you will receive a bonus of 5 % on the apartment rate. Bookings within a package are excluded, as a discount has already been deducted.
The listed price is a total price and includes the rental of the holiday home for the specified period and the specified number of persons, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, local taxes, summer card (during the summer card season), bonus card and all taxes. If additional costs arise, such as electricity consumption, this is explicitly stated in the offer.
On booking.com and other online booking platforms the price is quoted without additional costs such as final cleaning, bed linen and towels, local taxes or other costs. These costs are always listed separately, in small letters, and added to the price after completion of the booking. The rental price is ALWAYS higher on other online booking platforms than on www.schladming-appartements.at!
Yes, a down payment of 20 % of the total amount is due 14 days after the booking confirmation. You can choose between credit card or bank transfer.
The balance is due at latest on arrival. The payment can be done locally on the day of arrival by credit card, bank card or in cash. If you are more of a transfer, please make the bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival.
You can book additional services directly online when booking the holiday home or directly in our service office.
Infants up to the age of 2 years may stay free of charge in our apartments. We are happy to provide free cots and high chairs, subject to availability. Children over the age of 2 will be charged within the standard price.
The criteria of each apartment indicate whether pets are allowed or not. Every pet must be reported. The additional costs are € 10.00 per day and per pet. Feel free to ask in our service office, we create your perfect holiday offer.
The all-inclusive Sommercard is included in the apartment price. You will receive it upon arrival. The summer card is valid on the day of arrival starting from 1 p.m. and also on the whole departure day.

Arrival & Departure
All questions and answers about your stay
A deposit of € 100 and in large apartments, holiday homes and chalets € 400 is due on arrival. You can deposit this in cash or, preferably, we will block this amount on your credit card, but not debit it. The deposit will be deleted between 2-5 days after departure, provided that no damage has been found in the apartment. If we notice any damage to the apartment caused by you, we will contact you immediately. If any damage caused by you exceeds the amount of the deposit, we ask you to report the damage to your insurance company so that they can cover the costs.
We can hand over 1-3 keys per apartment, depending on the type and size of the apartment.
All of our holiday homes have free WiFi (except for the Alpine Club, which is chargeable). The Auth apartment and the Stangllehen Hütte do not offer WiFi.
You can move into the holiday home from 3 p.m. We offer an early check-in for € 20 per apartment, provided the apartment is available on the day of arrival. If you would like an early check-in, we ask you to contact us a few days before arrival, only then can we accept this.
On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave the apartment in a proper condition (start the dishwasher, waste disposal). We ask for punctuality so that we can clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests in good time. The final cleaning is arranged by our cleaning staff. We ask you to bring the keys back to our service office by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you found the keys directly at the apartment, we ask that you leave the keys there again. After departure, our staff will check the apartment and cancel the deposit on the credit card.
Check-in time is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the apartment is not occupied before your arrival, we offer our guests the option of an EARLY CHECK IN (from 8 a.m.).
The costs for this are € 20.00 per apartment. A possible early arrival from 12 p.m. is free of charge.
Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If the apartment is no longer booked on the day of your departure, we offer our guests the option of a LATE CHECK OUT (until 5 p.m.).
The costs for this are € 20.00 per apartment.

A few days before arrival, you will receive arrival information by email with detailed information on when and where you can check in and receive the keys for your booked holiday home.
One week before arrival, you will receive travel information by email with detailed information about check-in, services, your holiday destination, weather, open lifts and highlights in Schladming and the surrounding area.
If you arrive out of our opening times, we will deposit your keys with detailed arrival information in our key safe, which is located directly in front of our service office. You will receive the code for this by email prior to arrival.
The holiday homes are each equipped with a bath towel and a small towel and a rug for the number of people booked. You are welcome to order a free towel change at any time during your stay in our service office.
Our holiday homes are self-catering and are only cleaned after the guests have left. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can organize this by arrangement and at a cost.
The apartment prices are mostly personal prices, i.e. the price per person is different. We would ask you to inform us BEFORE your arrival about a possible change in the number of people, as we can no longer make payments on the day of arrival. The apartment is also not properly prepared if more people than booked arrive on the day of arrival.
The number of available parking spaces is detailed in the description and in the conditions of the holiday home. If you arrive with several cars as parking space is available, we ask you to inform us so that we can find a parking space for you. Schladming has very few free parking spaces, but there are some chargeable parking spaces. We expressly advise against parking your car in parking spaces that are not assigned to the holiday home.
We provide travel cots and high chairs free of charge while stocks last. We recommend booking this service at the same time as booking an additional service or informing us by email or phone before arrival. The travel cots have a mattress with a sheet, unfortunately we do not provide children's bed linen.
In Austria we separate waste into residual waste, organic waste, plastic, glass and paper. In most holiday homes you will find suitable garbage bags in the apartment and landfill facilities in the respective garbage rooms. In smaller holiday homes there are no disposal options for glass and paper; these must then be taken to the appropriate landfill in Schladming. We ask you to keep this waste separation carefully, otherwise there will be problems with other guests or house owners.
The holiday homes are equipped with cleaning utensils such as brooms, wipers and buckets. Sometimes vacuum cleaners are also available. As an initial set, you will find a few rolls of toilet paper, a few flush tabs, garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and one or two tea towels in the apartment.

You can order the roll delivery service for the duration of your stay in our service office directly upon arrival. Our partner bakery then delivers this directly to your holiday home in front of the main entrance door, but not in front of your apartment door, every day between 7:00 and 8:00. Payment is made at the end of your stay in our service office.
Our service office is open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., all contact details can be found here. Outside of the opening times we can be reached by phone 24 hours a day for emergencies (failure of the heating, loss of the key, ...).
