The booking can be transferred with pleasure. In this regard, please contact us by email or phone. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Our wellness area with indoor pool, sauna & steam bath and relaxation lounge is open daily. Please note, however, the minimum surcharge and our personal restrictions.

In the entire wellness area no more than 24 persons may/should stay at the same time and in the pool area no more than 4 persons may/should swim at the same time. No more than 2 persons may/should stay in the sauna and no more than 1 person should stay in the steam bath at the same time. The carefree package.

During using the sauna, we do not recommend waving a towel.
The use of the sauna facilities is permitted by one person or by persons living in the same household or by persons who share a vacation flat/holiday home. Only 1 person should stay in the steam bath.

In case of cancellation, please note our current cancellation policy. If a free cancellation is possible, of course you will be refunded the payment already made.

Due to the current situation, you must expect restrictions. How these look exactly varies from country to country. A free cancellation of your booked trip due to smaller restrictions is not possible. However, if you have to accept restrictions which would be significant and would change the original character of your trip, we are always here to find a solution or offer you a free cancellation.

Quarantine is initially not a sick leave and is therefore not covered by travel cancellation insurance. The doctor must confirm to the vacationer that he is not fit to travel. Only then does travel cancellation insurance take effect.

A face mask is needed in the indoor areas, e.g. to be worn in the entrance area, in the sanitary facilities, changing areas (in the cubicles and boxes). Exceptions are damp rooms such as Showers, swimming pools. Face masks therefore don't have to be worn on a lounger in the wellness area.


We guarantee a free cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days before arrival.

  •     13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total price
  •     6 to 0 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total price


We guarantee a free cancellation of the reservation up to 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after that date we charge 100% cancellation fee of the total price.

Decisive is the arrival of your message at the booking office (for Sundays and holidays the next working day is decisive). We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance. In any case, the processing fee remains valid. If an accommodation facility has to be officially closed due to Covid-19, the owed service - regardless of the type of accommodation contract - is not applicable. The accommodation provider does not owe any claim for compensation, but the guest must be reimbursed any down payments made.

In principle, the care of the guest and cleaning are possible, but after training and under strict hygienic conditions to avoid infection and contracting the virus.

With our flexibility guarantee, is it possible any time free of charge. A new date must be announced immediately in the event of a change in booking. An already made payment will be taken over.

You can search and book online at for several apartments in one or more houses. However, we recommend that you contact our booking center directly by group request form, by e-mail or by telephone to fulfill all the wishes perfectly for your group. If you book at least 3 holiday homes you will receive a bonus of 5 % on the apartment rate. Bookings within a package are excluded, as a discount has already been deducted.


The listed price is a total price and includes the rental of the holiday home for the specified period and the specified number of persons, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, local taxes, summer card (during the summer card season), bonus card and all taxes. If additional costs arise, such as electricity consumption, this is explicitly stated in the offer.

No, you do not need a credit card if you book at You are welcome to make your deposit payment and the balance by bank transfer.


On and other online booking platforms the price is quoted without additional costs such as final cleaning, bed linen and towels, local taxes or other costs. These costs are always listed separately, in small letters, and added to the price after completion of the booking. The rental price is ALWAYS higher on other online booking platforms than on!


Yes, a down payment of 20 % of the total amount is due 14 days after the booking confirmation. You can choose between credit card or bank transfer.

The balance is due at latest on arrival. The payment can be done locally on the day of arrival by credit card, bank card or in cash. If you are more of a transfer, please make the bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival. 


A deposit of € 100 and for large apartments, cottages and chalets € 400 is due upon arrival. You can pay the security deposit in cash or we prefer to block this amount on your credit card, but do not charge it. The deposit will be cancelled between 2-5 days after departure, if no damages have been found in the apartment. If we notice damages in the apartment which is caused by you, we will contact you immediately. If any damage caused by you exceeds the amount of the security deposit, we ask that you report the damage to your insurance company so that they can cover the costs. 

Our minimum stay during summer is 5 nights, in winter between 3-7 nights, depending on the season and the week.
In summer a daily arrival is possible. In winter, during the main seasons, the day or arrival is usually Saturday; in the low seasons, daily arrival is possible.  In exceptional cases, we deviate from these minimum stays or arrival days, please contact our service office.


We can hand out 1-3 keys per apartment, depending on the type and size of the apartment.

You can book additional services directly online when booking the holiday home or directly in our service office. 

All our holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi (at Alpine Club you have to pay for Wi-Fi). Apartment Auth and the Stangllehen Hut do not offer Wi-Fi. 

Infants up to the age of 2 years may stay free of charge in our apartments. We are happy to provide free cots and high chairs, subject to availability. Children over the age of 2 will be charged within the standard price.

The check-in starts at 3 p.m. We offer an early check-in for € 20 per apartment, if the apartment is available on the day of arrival. If you require an early check-in, we ask you to contact us a few days before arrival. 

We kindly ask you to leave the holiday home till latest 10 a.m., so that we can clean and prepare it for the next guests. Please bring the keys back to our service office on departure day. 

Check-In on arrival day starts at 3 p.m. If the apartment is not occupied before your arrival, we offer our guests the possibility of an Early Check IN (from 8.00 a.m.) for additional costs of € 20,-- per apartment.
The possibility to CHECK IN earlier between 1 p.m. and 3.p.m. is for free. 

Check-out on departure day is latest till 10:00 a.m. If the apartment is not booked again on your departure day we offer our guests the possibility of a LATE CHECK OUT (till 5.00 p.m.) for additional costs of € 20,-- per apartment. 
These possibilities we will check with you by phone.  

One week before arrival you will receive an e-mail with detailed information about arrival. We are on location when you arrive and will accompany you to your holiday home. For holiday homes that are somewhat further out, the key is deposited in a safe directly by the holiday home.

If you arrive out of our opening hours, we will deposit the keys a way description and further information in our electric safe, which is located directly in front of our office main door. The Code you will receive some days before arrival by mail. 

All equipment criteria of the holiday homes are detailed online at for each apartment. In your reservation confirmation a direct link to the detailed description of the booked apartment is given. For further questions and requests, please contact our service office.

The criteria of each apartment indicate whether pets are allowed or not. Every pet must be reported. The additional costs are € 10.00 per day and per pet. Feel free to ask in our service office, we create your perfect holiday offer.

A Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price, but you can already book the insurance directly within your booking. More information is available here

The all-inclusive Sommercard is included in the apartment price. You will receive it upon arrival. The summer card is available from May 18th to October 14th 2018 and is valid on the day of arrival starting from 1 p.m. and also on departure day.

Each holiday home is equipped with one bath towel, a small one and a rug for the booked number of people. Feel free to order a towel change at any time during your stay at our service office. 

Our holiday homes are self-catering accommodations and are only cleaned after departure of the guests.
If you want an additional cleaning during your stay, can we organize these after arrangement and costs.


Usually, no. The apartment prices are mostly person prices, that means the price per person is different. We would ask you to inform us BEFORE your arrival about the exact number of people, as we cannot reduce the price on the day of arrival. Likewise, the apartment is not prepared correctly if more people arrive.

The holiday homes are equipped with cleaning utensils such as brooms, wipers and tubs. Partly, vacuum cleaners are also available. As first Assembly you will find in the apartment some rolls of toilet paper, some dishwashing tabs, garbage bags, dish soap and one or two tea towels.





The number of available parking spaces is described in the conditions of your holiday home. If you arrive with more cars, please let us know, so that we can find a parking space for you. Schladming has very few free parking facilities, but there are some paid parking spaces. We strongly advise against parking your car in parking lots that are not assigned to the holiday home. 

We separate the garbage for residual waste, organic waste, plastic, glass and paper. In most holiday homes you will find various garbage bags in the apartment and landfill devices in the garbage rooms. In smaller holiday homes, there are no container for glass and paper available; in this case we ask you do bring this items to a public place in Schladming. We ask you to keep this waste separation carefully; otherwise there will be problems with other guests or owners. 

Our office is open from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. our contact details you will find here;  Outside the opening hours, we are available for emergencies (failure of heating, loss of keys;...) 24 hours per day. You can call us at  +43 (0) 664 505 99 50 at any time or send us a message. 

On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a proper condition (dishwasher, waste disposal). The final cleaning will be handled by our cleaning staff. We ask you to bring the keys back to our service office latest at 10 a.m.. If you have found the keys directly at the apartment, please dispose the keys there again on departure day. After departure, our staff will check the apartment and cancel the security deposit on your credit card.

You can order the roll service on arrival in our office. The bakery will deliver the rolls between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. directly to your holiday home.
You will find it in front of the main door, not directly in front of your apartment door. The payment must be done on departure day in our office. 

We are glad to provide baby cots and high chairs free of charge - as long as available. We recommend booking this service directly at the time of booking or to inform us by e-mail or telephone before arrival. We only offer the baby cot with the mattress. (Without linen, pillow and blanket.

Schladming train station is just 650 meters far from our service office. Upon request, we will pick you up from the station with our Schladming-Appartements shuttle and bring you to your booked accommodation. Of course, you can also take a taxi from our taxi partners on site.

For booking changes, we ask you to inform us by e-mail. Our staff will take care of it immediately afterwards.

One week prior to arrival, you will receive our arrival information by e-mail with detailed information on check-in, services, your holiday destination, weather, open lifts and highlights in Schladming and the surrounding area.
