We are happy to welcome you again starting from 17th of December 2021!

Finally we are allowed to open our doors for you.

  • NEW: Starting from 20.12., persons from 12 years of age need a valid 2G proof and additionally a PCR test for the entry to Austria. Thus, 2G+ (vaccinated or recovered and PCR-tested) is valid for entry from all countries. A booster vaccination exempts from the PCR test.
  • Gastronomy, accommodation businesses, Leisure businesses and retailers are allowed to reopen - the 2G rule applies (vaccinated or recovered)
  • FFP-2 mask compulsory applies to all public areas in closed rooms (in gastronomy this applies in particular if guests move outside their seat and in accommodation when entering generally accessible areas indoors.)
  • Operators and employees also have to wear an FFP2 mask when contacting customers in closed rooms.
  • The curfew of bars is set at 23:00. (from 27.12. it's set at 22:00, even on New Year's Eve)
  • Unfortunately, the night gastronomy can only be opened after January 10, 2022.
  • The consumption of food and drinks may only take place while sitting, which means that bar operations are prohibited - these regulations will also apply until at least 10 January 2022.
  • Occasional markets can take place in compliance with the 2G rule and the FFP-2 mask requirement. When serving food and drinks, the upper limit of 300 people applies initially.
  • Events are possible again but with upper limits:
    - Events without assigned seats: indoor max. 25 people, outdoor max. 300 people (birthday parties, weddings, etc.)
    - Events with assigned seats: indoor max. 2,000 people, outdoor max. 4,000 people (theater, opera, cinema, football games and seminars)

REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN

  • Children including up to 11 year olds do not need proof of a low epidemiological risk.
  • For children of school age in Austria (from 12 to 15 years) the following applies:
Proof of 2G is required from the age of 12. The fully completed "Ninja Pass" is valid for school-age children (also on weekends). The ninja pass is equivalent to the 2G proof. After completing the ninth year of school, young people must also have proof of 2G in order to be allowed to enter 2G settings. During the holidays (school-free time), children and young people, for whom the Austrian Ninja Pass is also valid, can provide proof of 2G by means of a valid negative PCR test.
  • For children (12 to 15 years of age) who don't go to school in Austria:
If you can consistently detect negative tests (of which at least 2 tests are PCR tests) during a calendar week, then this replaces a 2G detection. There must therefore not be a day without a negative test result.
In this sense, compulsory schooling means: for nine school years, starting with September 1st following the completion of the sixth year of life.
  • Mask requirement for children:
    - Children up to 6 years are exempt from the mask requirement.
    - Children from 6 to 13 years need mouth and nose protection.
    - Children aged 14 and over need an FFP2 mask.

Informations COVID19

For a safe holiday

2 Options "2G RULE":  Vaccinated - Recovered

We are only allowed to welcome guests when they present proof of 2G before arrival. Customers have to keep this proof ready for the duration of their stay. This proof is valid for the duration of your stay.

If the proof is not transmitted to us by 5 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest from all travellers, we are unfortunately not authorized to give you the apartment key or to grant you access to your holiday home. (children up to the age of 12 and pregnant woman are excluded from the proof)

Send by email to office@schladming-appartements.at

  • When booking or registering as a guest, you already provide us with the necessary data (first and last name, telephone number, email address). A separate registration is therefore not necessary for your accommodation.
  • When booking our services such as breakfast boxes, bread rolls, drinks and more, no registration is necessary.
  • There's a need of registration  (apartment number, time) when you have breakfast in the breakfast room of Chalets Coburg.

The entry rules to Austria will be tightened from Monday, December 20. For entry into Austria then a valid 2G proof (vaccinated or recovered) and additional PCR testing is required. Mandatory from 12 years of age.

Thus, 2G+ (vaccinated or recovered and PCR-tested) is valid for entry from all countries. A booster vaccination exempts from the PCR test.

Unfortunately, the regulations for return travel vary from country to country, so you can find an overview here:
Here are the current regulations for entry and exit for all countries

Germany puts Austria back on the list of high-risk areas and will change the entry regulations on Sunday, January 16th, 2022. This particularly affects unvaccinated guests and families with children.

The following entry regulations apply from January 16, 2022 for travelers who have stayed in Austria in the last ten days before entering Germany:

  • Before entering the country, everyone must register electronically via www.einreiseanmeldung.de and upload a valid 3G certificate.
  • Anyone who has recovered or has been fully vaccinated does not need a corona test for entry and does not have to be in quarantine.
  • Anyone who has not recovered or has not been fully vaccinated needs a current negative test result (PCR or antigen test no more than 48 hours old) to enter the country and must go into quarantine immediately after entry at their own expense for a period of at least ten days. The quarantine can be ended prematurely at the earliest after the fifth day if the test is negative.
  • Children under the age of six are exempt from the test requirement, but not from the quarantine requirement. You can end the quarantine five days after entry without a test.

Vaccinated - Valid as vaccinated is:

Proof of a centrally approved vaccine against COVID-19 was provided:

  • Second vaccination - but not longer ago than 270 days (at least 14 days must have passed between the two vaccinations).
  • Vaccination from the 22nd day after vaccination for vaccines for which only one vaccination is intended - no longer than 270 days
  • Vaccination - valid immediately if there was a positive molecular biological test for SARS-CoV-2 at least 21 days before the vaccination or evidence of neutralizing antibodies (= recovered) was available immediately prior to the vaccination, but not older than 270 days.
  • Further vaccination (booster vaccination) - this must not be more than 270 days ago and at least 120 days (or at least 14 days in the case of vaccinations for which only one vaccination was originally intended) must have elapsed between the last vaccination.

Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the G-proof requirement and therefore do not have to present a test result.

Recover - Valid as recovered is:

  • Proof of recovery or medical confirmation of an infection with SARS-CoV-2 that you have survived in the last 180 days, which has been confirmed by molecular biology.
  • A separation notice - if this was issued for a person who can be shown to have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the last 180 days before the planned test;
  • The Corona test pass (according to § 4 Z 1 of the COVID-19 school ordinance) for people who are still subject to compulsory schooling. This applies in the week in which the test intervals are adhered to, including on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of this week.

Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the G-proof requirement and therefore do not have to present a test result.

Vaccines approved by the EMA:

  • BioNTech und Pfizer
