Secure your ski pass early online at a discounted price – the earlier, the cheaper. With our packages, you receive a price guarantee for ski passes as well as a 7% discount on accommodation during the pre-season, mid-season, and post-season. On-site, the regular ticket office price applies.
Whether mountain bike, e-bike, or downhill – at Bründl Sports you can rent well-maintained bikes for all ages, including personal advice.

So that you don't have to spend your valuable vacation time organizing, we offer you a wide range of services – from free train station pickup, ski pass service, yoga & fitness classes to roll and breakfast service, massages, or the VIP package for dogs.
Whether families, couples, athletes, or connoisseurs – our Guest Experience Team is available daily at the service office in Schladming, additionally reachable around the clock by phone and through the guest app. This way, you always have the choice: personal support on site or digital services anytime on your smartphone.

Through the guest app, you can book additional services such as train station pickup, breakfast service, or early check-in. You will also find current recommendations, timetables, and information about your accommodation.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM. An early check-in from 12:00 PM is possible free of charge, and from 8:00 AM for € 20,– subject to availability. A late check-out until 5:00 PM also costs € 20,– and is dependent on occupancy.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.

In selected accommodations, dogs are welcome. The cost is € 15,– per day and dog. Upon request, there is a VIP dog package with a bed, bowl, treats, and toys.

Our service office in Schladming is staffed daily from 08:00 to 17:00. Additionally, we are available 24/7 by phone. With our guest app, you also have digital access to all information and additional services at any time. Emergency numbers can be found here

Yes, we will fill your refrigerator with groceries or drinks. The order is possible until 12:00 PM the day before via email, phone, or guest app.

Yes. You can order fresh rolls or a complete breakfast box daily. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM the day before, with delivery starting at 7:00 AM directly to the apartment.

We provide cribs and high chairs free of charge. You can reserve these directly when booking, via email, or through the guest app.

Free yoga and fitness classes are included for guests. Additionally, we offer massages and treatments in Chalets Coburg and Sun Lodge.

Our team is happy to reserve tables for you in restaurants, organize ski lessons, massages, activities, or transfers – uncomplicated and reliable.

Yes. You can borrow an iron and ironing board from us for a deposit.

Yes. You can book a mid-cleaning at any time. Towel changes are available for guests free of charge. Both can be conveniently ordered through the guest app or at the service office.

In addition to allowing dogs in many accommodations (€ 15/day/dog), we offer the VIP dog package with a dog bed, bowl, treats, and toys. This package must be booked in advance.

Yes. The pickup from Schladming train station is free for our guests. We are happy to arrange airport transfers, rental cars, or taxis for you – with bonus card discounts.

Yes. Upon request, a private chef can come to your apartment and prepare regional or international menus. Please book this service in advance via email or through the guest app.
