COZY AND HOMELIKE HOLIDAY HOUSE DIRECTLY AT THE RIVER!

 

Only a few walking minutes from the centre of Schladming, is the lovely furnished holiday house, in an idyllic location directly at the river “Enns”, situated. The Planai West Valley Station is within a short time (600m) by bus, bus stop is located directly in front of the house, or on foot reachable. Numerous of restaurants, bars, shops and super markets are located in the vicinity. The owner set much emphasis to the equipment, to reach a comfortable and cozy ambience. Lovely details are reflected in the entire apartment. A feeling like at home!

The house offers on a living space of 85 square meters place for up to 7 persons. The rooms are divided into a fully equipped kitchen with dinette, 4 separate bedrooms; 3 with double bed + TV – the 4th with single bed + TV, as well in two bathrooms with shower and double washbasin. One separately accessible toilet and a second toilet in one bathroom are also available.   

A further point is the in-house, fenced garden with grill. This invites you to cozy and relaxing barbecue evenings. Your pet can run freely around here. Amenities like free Wi-Fi, 2 parking lots in front of the house, SAT-TV, ski storage room with boots dryer as well a locked storage room for bikes are inclusive. Particularly appreciated is this cozy house by families or groups of friends. Within the perfect room layout and the vicinity to the town you will experience perfect summer- or winter holidays.

From Germany over Salzburg to the Exit Ennstal/Graz on the Highway (A10), then 18km federal highway (B320) to Schladming; From Vienna in direction Linz to Sattled on the West-highway, then on the Phyrn-highway to Liezen, after this 50 km on the B320 to Schladming.  On the Highway from Vienna to Semmering and to Liezen, after Liezen 50 km on the B320 to Schladming. From Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern-highway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the Exit Ennstal/Graz, after 18 km on the B320 to Schladming. From direction Graz to Liezen on the highway, B320 to Schladming.

Take the Exit Schladming/Mitte in direction centre Schladming at the first roundabout take the second exit. After the bridge on the right side is the access to the “Ennshäusl”.
