Our receptionists are not only the first faces you see upon arrival but also your point of contact for (almost) everything. A secret tip for dinner? We have a recommendation. A spontaneous trip? We’ll take care of it. An extra pillow? Coming right up. From the first inquiry to departure – you are welcome here with all your concerns. With warmth, reliability, and an open ear, the team ensures that you are well taken care of at all times.
You can find us not only at our headquarters at Erzherzog-Johann-Straße 248A but also at the Boutique Apart Hotel Chalets Coburg and in the Sun Lodge Schladming. And of course, wherever you need us!
Back Office – the organizational backbone
While the reception takes care of direct guest contact, the office team works behind the scenes to ensure everything fits together. Here, the website and guest apps are maintained, technical systems are managed, and our accommodations are optimally presented, so that every guest finds what they are looking for. Administration, organization, and market observation also come together here. With a keen eye and great care, the team ensures that we continuously improve – so that you experience a vacation that suits you perfectly.

Facility Managers – the silent heroes behind the scenes
Our facility managers are the people who ensure that everything works – reliably, proactively, and with great commitment. They make sure that your apartment is clean and prepared upon arrival, and that small repairs are taken care of immediately. At the same time, they are behind many additional services – from breakfast boxes to train transfers. Even though they usually stay in the background: without them, a carefree vacation would not be possible.

Management – the mastermind behind everything
Behind Schladming-Appartements stands Maria Gruber – managing director, idea generator, and driving force of the company. She is the mastermind who sets the direction with great intuition, knowledge, and insight. Where other leaders keep their distance, she is right in the middle – whether in projects, decisions, or daily happenings. She pitches in herself when necessary, sets impulses, inspires her team, and leads by example.
She not only leads a company but also creates a culture where employees work motivated and guests feel that they are not just a number, but are at the center of attention.
