The apartment Stubeck is located on 1.050 meters above sea level in Rohrmoos in a calm and most idyllic surrounding. In winter the Valley Station Hochwurzen as well the slopes Rohrmoos II and Sunjet (400 meter) are at your feet, so in summer the access into the hiking- and bike area convince. Apart from a fantastic view to the plateau Ramsau am Dachstein and the Mountains of Schladming the apartment convince with its traditional architecture. A symbiosis of wood, comfort and style create a harmonious rustic but authentic atmosphere. Lightly & spacious rooms, fantastic views, an own garden and cosy interior gives the apartment in winter as well in summer most of charm. The 2014 redecorated apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and offers on 70 m² living space place for up to 4 persons. The apartment is split into a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious anteroom. Directly in front of the house is a big terrace located. In about 10 walking minutes you can reach the centre of Rohrmoos, in 10 driving minutes the city of Schladming. The slopes, ski school inclusive ski-children garden and rental as well a bus stop are located near the house. So if you appreciate a calm location, but still want to stay near the events, then this holiday home is the perfect one for you.
A storage possibility for your skis and a dryer for your boots are at the apartment available. Parking lots are directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are in the apartment available. Pets are welcome on request! The costs are Euro 10,- per day-/ pet.

From Germany via Salzburg to exit knot Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Amstetten on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the junction Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming Middle - direction Rohrmoos. Follow now the Rohrmooser street for about 4,5 km, always straight. After the hotel Erlebniswelt you follow the street again for about 500 meters. Now you can see on the right side the exit to the Hotel Rohrmooserhof. Directly opposite you can see the exit into the Stubeckweg. Turn now left into Stubeckweg. Now you can see on the right side the house Stubeck - first house on the right side. The entrance is directly in front of the house - ground floor. You can park your cars directly in front of the house.

It offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, TV) and an eating area for 4 persons. Furthermore the apartment offers two separate bedrooms, whereat the first room offers a double bed + TV and the second room a bunk bed + TV and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with shower and basin. One separate toilet is also available. In the spacious anteroom you will find a storage possibility for your boots and skies, a boots dryer is also available. After a stressful hiking you can relax on your own terrace, directly in front of the house.
