On the south-west sun terrace, you have the Schladminger Mountains in mind - the ski mountains Planai and Hochwurzen are best seen from the apartment. Besides, you can end the evening perfectly at this place.

Top 7 – space for up to 6 people, spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfortable sofa with TV (sofa-bed for 2 persons), two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with bunk-bed (both beds 120*200), bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. From the east-side sun balcony you will have fantastic views to the Dachstein.

For each apartment, convenience is enhanced by an underground parking space with an electric charging station, a private ski and bicycle storage room including ski boots heating and an elevator in house.

From Vienna in direction Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming;
From vienna via highway Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming;
From Italy, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming;
From Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming

Take the exit Schladming „MITTE“ an follow the street in direction center, at the first roundabout Supermarkt Billa you take the 3rd exit into Erzherzog-Johann Straße. Follow the Erzherzog-Johann-Street until you can see on your right the Tutterstraße. At the end of Tutterstraße turn right, after 10 meters left and then again right. Now you will see on the corner the Coffeshop “Café Steffl”, turn left and in front of the white church you turn left again. After 40 meters you can see on the right side the exit “Parkgasse”, where you can see on the end the apartmenthouse Parkgasse.
