As the name already suggest is the apartment-house „Centro” located directly in the centre of Schladming - in the middle of events. Many restaurants, bars, and bakeries as well shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The Planai Valley Station you can reach in less than 5 walking minutes, further leisure attractions, round about Schladming, you can reach comfortably and safety by bus, which starts in front of house Centro. We offer three Apartments:
Centro Loft – This apartment was rebuilt and equipped with great attention to lovely details. Comfort, Design and Style had top priority. Spread over two floors and a living space of 110 m², can up to 7 persons be accommodated. In the attic is the generous, light-flooded eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and fire place located. From here you can reach the 20 m² roof terrace (west direction), which offers a fantastic panorama view to the Planai, Hochwurzen as well the Dachstein. In the lower floor are 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine as well a separate toilet located.
Centro Penthouse - this apartment was rebuilt and equipped with much of passion and love and offers on two floors (1st and roof top floor) 105 m² living space and place for up to 8 persons. It offers a spacious and bright eat-in kitchen on the 2nd floor and two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bath tub, and a separate toilet with basin on the 1st floor. A private sun-terrace accessible from the living room is oriented in directions North-East-West and invites for cozy get-togethers. Fantastic panoramic views to the Dachstein and the Planai as well the whole day sun is on this spectacular place guaranteed. The interior was chosen in high-quality and modern. Comfort, cosiness and design had the highest priority.
Centro Top 8 - this apartment is located on the 1st floor of house Centro and offers on 56m² living space place for up to 2-4 persons. It offers one separate bedroom, a bathroom and a cozy eat-in kitchen. From the living room you can reach a small south-facing balcony from which you will have a nice view to the Planai and the city of Schladming. The apartment assure with its cosiness, is simple but still comfortable equipped.
An own underground car park arrange a snow-free car and the lift offers relaxation for your feet after a long skiing day. Families, young people and young-at-heart people will love this place in the centre of Schladming.

Apartments Centro Top 8 and Centro Loft will not be rented out during summer season.
On request Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not permitted in house Centro.
Free Wi-Fi as well Cable TV are available free of charge in all apartments.
Free parking is available at the underground car park of house Centro – one per apartment!
The apartment Centro Penthouse offers a locked ski-storage room on the basement floor.
Centro Loft apartment offers a ski-depot inclusive boots dryer at the Planai Valley Station (free of charge).(keycard depsoit Euro 20,00)
For Top 8 you will find a storage possibility at the underground car park.
The apartment Centro Loft offers a fireplace. (Wood is included)
Bedlinen & towels, final cleaning and the local tax are already inclusive in our offer price!
On arrival we charge a security deposit of € 100-300 via credit card authorization.

Way-description:
From Germany via Salzburg to exit Knoten Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the junction Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming middle and follow the Ramsauerstraße until the first roundabout at Billa supermarket. Take the 3rd exit in direction center - Erzherzog-Johann-Straße (our office is also in this street located). At the second crossing you turn right into the Tutterstraße. At the end of Tutterstraße you turn right and now you can see after 5 meter on the left side the access to the underground parking of house Centro.
