Developing contemporary design based on Alpine tradition was the vision of architect Hans Posch. In 2015 the vision was put into action and in the centre of Schladming the new apartment-house “Home - The Chalet in the Alps” was built. Pieces from different continents, eras, design styles and subcultures coin the apartments, make the room ring and sound in harmony with the people, who live in it. What’s unique: here you live hip and traditional at the same time. We offer one apartment for 4-6 persons on 57m² living space. Equipped with a spacious eat-in kitchen, Loggia, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, the apartment offers everything what a vacationer-heart desire.TOP 2 offers over 100m² of space for 6-8 people. Equipped with a large eat-in kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms en-suite a nice terrace with garden complete the offer. TOP 1 - DAS UNIKAT shines with its unusual furnishings and real eye-catcher decorative pieces and offers enough space for 2-4 people with a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room on 60m².
Right on your doorstep, the town center awaits you with a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, nightclubs, bakeries, and shops, ensuring variety and convivial moments until the wee hours.

Way-description:
From Germany via Salzburg to exit knot Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming From Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the exit knot Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;

Take the exit Schladming Middle and follow the street until the crossing - turn right direction centre Schladming and follow the Ramsauerstraße until the first roundabout. There you take the 3rd exit (turn left) into the centre - Erzherzog Johann Street. Follow the Erzherzog Johann Street until you can see on the right side an exit into the Tutterstraße - turn right. At the end of the street again right and after 10 meters left and then again right. At the corner you can see now the Stefflbäck - turn now left. In front of the white church turn again left. After 30 meters you can see now the Chalet Home in front of you. For Hoam Top 5 there is a parking lot at the Postparkplatz (70 meters away). Please use the keycard to open the barrier and leave the keycard visible on the inside of the windshield.
For Hoam Top 2 there is a parking lot direktly in front of the house please park on Top 2.
